About Us

As a couples therapist, I will help you learn to work with your partner to build a secure functioning relationship that is centered around respect, trust and fairness. My aim as we work together is to replace judgement and criticism when thinking about how you have navigated the world around you with grace and curiosity. My goal is to be a safe place where you can come each week and explore the ways you think, feel and behave the way you do. With me by your side, the hope is for you to be able to develop a stronger sense of who you are and to be able to make positive changes in your relationships and your life. , I am a certified PACT (psychobiological approach to couples therapy) level 1 couples therapist.
