I use a holistic body-heart-and soul approach with those who are committed to growth and healing. , My training and experience includes healing trauma in adults, children and teens. I am trained in grief work, stress reduction techniques, expressive arts therapy, craniosacral therapy, herbology and Tantric Buddhism.
