Life often feels like a roller coaster. Our story is full of ups, downs and surprising turns. Maybe we lose our job or spouse, or face a major life transition. A child may move to a new school, have parents separate. Sometimes we experience a traumatic event. These things impact us, they shape our story. But we get to set the pace and the direction of where our story will go. Reaching out for therapy is a powerful step in writing the rest of your story, and you are about to take the next brave step in your story by seeking help. , My desire is to come alongside people and help them grow in their understanding of themselves and their relationships so they can navigate life to pursue their best story. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches adapted to the needs of the you, the client.
