Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I help clients address the underlying causes of their challenges, promoting lasting personal growth and healing. , I use CBT, Psychodynamic, and trauma-informed interventions to help clients reach their goals. I provide practical strategies to manage symptoms and help clients explore how past experiences impact their lives.
