About Us

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who received a Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling with a specialty in Mental Health from California State University, Fresno and is licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences to provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. Specialties include treating depression, anxiety, and trauma utilizing interventions and theories based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused, Narrative and psychoanalysis to help clients achieve their identified treatment goals. , I believe in treating the person as a whole. While you may come in due to specific concerns we will work together in order to elevate symptoms along with developing skills to help reduce impact on daily life.
