I have over 40 years of experience as a clinical psychologist helping people who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, health concerns, relationship problems, and the stress of everyday life. I work with individuals, couples, and families. Whether you are an adolescent grappling with issues of identity and independence, a young adult struggling to establish yourself in work and relationships, or a mature adult coping with the turns of life, I will use my training and experience as a clinical psychologist to assist you in reaching your goals and developing a greater sense of mastery and well being. , My approach to psychotherapy is cognitive behavioral with an appreciation of the developmental, neurobiological, emotional, and interpersonal factors that contribute to the formation of problems and concerns.
