" Theres really something to be said about the challenges of exploring, understanding and harnessing our very active internal lives in the attempt to make sense of it all, to feel safe in our day to day. Im endeared to the process and feel that in order to heal we have to work with others, be it community, loved ones, or Psychologist, to gather the best parts of ourselves and turn the incredibly complicated, painful and fragile into things elegant, agile, and straight-forward. To build and strengthen the scaffolding in order to find authenticity, uniqueness and courage ", Having trained in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York, I have had the fortunate opportunity to develop with leaders in the field and value the continued process of empowering clients. My experience with parts theory, narrative work and cultural theory applies well to those struggling with anxiety, identity, self-esteem, depression, trauma and relational issues , I strongly value intersectionality and the challenges that come with exploring and finding empowerment through the idiosyncratic ways each of us think, feel, act, and react to the world around us. I believe in embracing culture and diversity considerations. I believe that with hard work, huge and quantifiable gains are possible in all facets of our lives
