" I specialize in helping men become the best versions of themselves, whether thats managing mental health issues, learning new cognitive skills, or finding ways to more generally grow as a person. I work with my clients to define what is important to them personally and create goals based on those values. We then explore what internal or external obstacles are getting in the way of your success. This can include working through the effects of past traumas, limiting perspectives, unhealthy lifestyle patterns, and more. I also have experience with those in working in sales, and tech industries, as well as other therapists. ", I take a holistic perspective, which means evaluating your balance of caring for your mind, body, and spirit. This includes traditional therapy approaches as well as exploring your lifestyle habits and ways you find meaning and purpose in life.
