My practice is about building connections through self-expression, mindfulness, and counseling techniques. Through a holistic and creative approach to recovery, I work to help you uncover the spark that makes you feel inspired, flexible, and grounded in your life, relationships, and work. My goal is to create a space for you to process and heal. , Our sessions might include disciplines such as Drama Therapy, Art Therapy, and Music Therapy that have been applied in psychotherapy and counseling for more than 70 years. I also have a background in practices of mindfulness, DBT, and trauma-informed healing work. , You do not need to be an artist or creative type to benefit.
