With a background as an Education Assistant and a devoted mother, I understand the complexities of navigating personal challenges and the importance of nurturing a supportive environment for healing. , My holistic and client-centred approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity and respect. It is based on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to openly explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Together, we will work to uncover underlying patterns, explore new perspectives and cultivate the tools you need to thrive. , With a foundation built on collaboration, empathy and empowerment I strive to facilitate healing from past wounds, embrace personal growth and cultivate resilience. In-person appointments are available at my office in Revelstoke BC or virtual appointments are available for individuals living outside of the area or preferring the comfort of their homes.
