This approach to therapy also means we do not have an agenda, the only pace we follow is yours. This is hard for some who are used to a more Western approach to therapy. It has been my experience, that we all possess the knowledge and skills we need to solve our difficult situations, often we just need a few tools. , I have worked with some of the more common therapeutic approaches in my practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral , Dialectical Behavior , Solution Focused , and Psychodynamic theories.
