Tyler utilizes many of the proven methods found in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy while maintaining both Family Systems and Attachment perspectives. This ensures that families and individuals are known within their context. , Tyler is registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (2886), and holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Counselling Psychology degree from The University of British Columbia. Tyler is a Gottman Level 2 trained marriage therapist, as well as an Approved Clinical Supervisor for both newly registered and experienced counsellors. , Tyler has spent a significant amount of time traveling and working in various countries all over the world. This, along with being a member of the adoptive community, has created a love and respect for different cultures, orientations, and ways of forming families. Tyler was born and raised on the North Shore of Vancouver but does not own a mountain bike.
