It was through her own personal journey that Trish came to find her expertise as a Somatic Psychotherapist; helping individuals, couples and families step into balance, health and connection so that they can live in joy, vibrancy and passion! After full recovery from a skiing accident that had her in a wheel chair for months, she began to feel uptight all the time, depressed, had unhealthy eating patterns, an autoimmune diagnosis, and disconnect in her marriage. She had forgotten all about joy, vibrance & passion or how to even reach for those things.
