About Us

I am a Registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience working in diverse mental health and community treatment settings. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and substance use. My approach is caring, non-judgemental, and empathetic. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you overcome difficult experiences and work towards your treatment goals. My goal is to help you find happiness and fulfillment in your life through working to reduce unpleasant symptoms, build on resilience and strength, and develop new ways of coping. I aim to help you leave with tools and confidence! , I have specialized training in working with the unique needs of first responders (ie. RCMP and police officers, paramedics, correctional officers, firefighters) and frontline workers struggling with trauma and stress. I have worked with adults struggling with substance use in various settings including inpatient residential treatment and outpatient programs. , My passion is helping others feel less alone through connection and empathy. Reaching out can sometimes be the hardest part. Therapy can be very helpful in reducing isolation, uncertainty and feelings of loneliness.
