I’m an intern counsellor, completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I believe in meeting you wherever you are in your journey - walking alongside you through challenges and supporting you in finding your most authentic answers to life’s obstacles. My approach is rooted in compassion and trauma-informed care. Our time together will be goal-oriented and focused on expanding your awareness and skills to take steps toward the changes and life you envision. , I have a holistic approach to therapy, using a blend of cognitive-behavioural, ACT, and somatic elements. That means our time together will be tailored to who you are and what you need.
