I have helped parents and mothers through their unique journeys of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting for over a decade as a midwife, and now as a clinical counsellor. Within my counselling practice, I work with people who are somewhere along their reproductive or parenting journeys. I also work with individuals and couples who are at other life stages, such as looking to heal, grieve, and find balance or direction.
