" My Ideal client is someone who genuinely wants to try/ return to counselling. I feel most confident in helping clients with addressing unhelpful thought patterns or hurtful self-beliefs that are not serving them and may be effecting their quality of life at this time. I enjoy exploring attachment styles with clients, and bringing mindfulness to patterns in platonic or romantic relationships that may have previous caused frustration with building connections. I am always happy to support clients in the questioning of our communication styles, and how we may best to nourish our inner-compassionate person rather than our inner-critic. ", " I specialize in a humanistic client-centered route to healing using an attachment-focused and narrative approach. I enjoy using tools from CBT, positive psychology, and art therapy as well in some sessions, so I may best tailor the session to my clients needs in for the highest quality of support.
