I integrate principles from anti-oppressive, feminist, culturally sensitive and trauma-informed frameworks to support individuals in their journeys toward personal growth and mental well-being. , Having personally experienced the impact of depression, trauma, anxiety, and the pressures of cultural and personal expectations, I understand the emotional toll these challenges can take.
