About Us

Are there aspects of your life where you feel stuck or have difficulty coping? Do you wish for closer connection in relationships? Are events from the past holding you back from leading a fulfilled life? My clients are adults including professionals, parents, seniors or students who grapple with issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, perfectionism, grief and parenting. Taking that first step to seek counselling can be difficult and, from my own experience, finding a counsellor who is right for you may feel daunting and take time. I commend you for starting your search. , I believe that every person has within them the ability to heal. My role is to be with you on this journey. If needed, we will first focus on practical ways to cope. With your permission, we will go deeper to help you explore the parts of you that may be protecting wounds with the intention of ultimately finding healing for these hurts. , I have been told that I am warm, non-judgmental and down-to-earth.
