We all struggle with a variety of issues, at different times in our lives. Discovering the tools to manage these situations and being challenged in the way we think by a therapist who provides a safe space, and who cares about us, is a big part of what often helps people move forward. I believe Attachment Theory to be applicable to a wide range of concerns clients come to me with. When in therapy with me we will examine your attachment style, and I will have you critically think about aspects in your life you may have not previously thought about. I am passionate about my job and strive to achieve the best results for my clients. , I have been told that I am easy to talk to, outgoing and am non-judgemental. Using a client-centred approach with my specialty training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, Gottman Method, Brainspotting, ADHD and many more, I can help pinpoint, address and work with you to develop new lifelong skills that will improve your life and achieve your goals. , Other than being a Registered Therapist, I am also a mother and wife, and I have worked in healthcare for many years.
