My clients are youth and adults, who want to learn how to better manage mental health issues such as stress and anxiety, depression, anger, grief or loss, or complex trauma/PTSD; or who are experiencing challenging life transitions. I approach clients as unique individuals and incorporate a holistic, trauma and culturally informed perspective.
