We are all trying our best in our relationships. Unfortunately, sometimes our past or present experiences prevents us to be the best we can be for our selves and our loved ones. This is where I come in. I am passionate about helping families overcome variety of issues, including mental health, relational and parenting challenges, so you can create loving home. When working with couples, I assure each partner is heard, supported, and loved in the way they need it. I will explore with you what gets in a way of your goals and together, we will create a plan that is achievable and that will create a lasting change you are hoping for. , I am experienced in variety of of therapeutic modalities, including attachment, mindfulness, and play therapy, which allows me to use the best fitting approach based on your needs and personality. My years of working within a medical setting both in Manitoba and British Columbia, have prepared me to also deal with more serious mental health challenges. , I am a strong believer that we all have potential to achieve our best selves, however you define it. I see my role as a supporter, someone who is encouraging you and providing you with the new tools and ideas you did not have opportunity to learn before.
