Welcome. Many of my clients have experienced pain and suffering that has knocked their lives off balance. Their existence has been effected to the point where life is has become unmanageable. They struggle to have or maintain close relationships; with family, friends, loved ones, or even their employers.\n\nClients come to me in frustration because they tried other treatments, but nothing worked, or if it did, it did not work for long.\n\nMistrust, anxiety, depression and self-destructive behaviours are but a few symptoms of trauma (for a list of other symptoms, drop me your email and I will be happy to provide them for you). , My "bottom up" approach, uses an Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice (ISTP) to resolve what you are experiencing in your body first, then a "top down" approach to resolve your emotional distress.
