I am particularly passionate about working with lgbtqia+ folks and helping explore issues of identity and belonging. , I draw upon mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and CBT approaches. I have specific knowledge of obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) and phobias. I am trained in exposure therapies, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and EMDR. I am mindful of how social and family systems shape our experiences. , I will help you or your child explore your thoughts and emotions with warmth, compassion, and humour.
