Symptoms such as depression and anxiety can be developed as a result of a variety of situations which can leave a person feeling stuck.Specific techniques are used to free up my clients to move forward in life again. , I have worked in many clinical settings such as domestic violence, eap, parenting, addictions and mental health. I utilize a variety of techniques with EMDR, EFT, mindfulness, and CBT as my most effective techniques.
