I strive to empower you to find your innate strength, resilience and wisdom. , I integrate various modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal theory.
