If that is the case, you may have found the right fit with me! , Although I work with a wide array of issues, I often help clients with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, ADHD, OCD, phobias, histories of assault and trauma, and relationship problems. I use a combination of EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural, Dialectical Behavioural, and Attachment-based theories to conceptualize what is happening for you. , I love to research, show up authentically, and genuinely look forward to seeing you for our sessions.
