I do this by considering personal history, goals and help you with awareness of your internal roadblocks. I take a relational and developmental approach and I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Attachment Theory. , My specializations are Trauma, Anxiety Disorders, Self-esteem, and Relationship issues. I work most with individual adults that are 16+.
