About Us

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) working with teens & young adults (13yrs to 40ish). I specialize in therapeutic conversations that support the unique experiences & challenges during this time in life. In particular, I am knowledgeable in supporting 2SLGBTQ+ folks, completing Hormone Readiness Assessments and psychedelic integration. I also offer supportive counselling sessions for parents & care providers. As a sex-positive therapist / Sexual Health Educator, I promote a healthy attitude towards human sexual behaviour & safer sex practices and I appreciate and respect gender, sexual & relationship diversity. , With me, some concerns you may want to talk about are: anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, sexuality, gender and sexual health, addiction, self-harm behaviours, suicidal ideation, difficult or traumatic experiences, grief and loss. I offer Hormone Readiness Assessments for gender affirmation, and psychedelic preparation and integration sessions. , Whether it’s your first time attending counselling or you’ve been many times before, I know that you are courageous for being here.
