Having worked in the social services sector for the past 15 years or so, I have seen firsthand the transformative impact of empathic understanding and compassionate care. My experiences have taught me the power of reclaiming and reconstructing one’s story and my aim as a registered clinical counsellor is to support you towards a healthier sense of self and well-being. My integrative approach is thus strength-based and person-centred, working collaboratively with you to deconstruct unhelpful patterns and beliefs, while fostering resiliency, growth, and emotional agility. , There is immense strength in vulnerability and I hope to walk alongside you on your path towards self-acceptance and self-empathy.
