About Us

I’ve had a passion for helping others as long as I can remember, and would be honoured to support you in navigating the unavoidable challenges of life. I understand that seeking help can be a vulnerable experience, which is why I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. I have worked with a diverse range of client populations, including children, families, adults, and seniors, who struggled with concerns such as anxiety and depression, stress, chronic health conditions, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I take a holistic approach to counselling, with an emphasis on the power of the mind-body connection. We are all unique inside and out, and I tailor my sessions to individual client’s needs. , I want my clients to feel comfortable voicing their needs, asking questions, and exploring whether they believe I am the right fit as their counsellor.
