I am a relationally centered counsellor who will meet you with warmth, understanding, and compassion. I draw from the theories of person-centered and emotion focused therapy, as well as focusing. With a trauma informed approach, I hope to support you in developing a stronger relationship with yourself. My RCC credentials are currently pending. , I finished my M.Ed in Counselling Psychology from UBC. Prior to this, I worked as an elementary school teacher for ten years. I appreciated the social emotional component, which drew me to counselling. Getting to know the whole person was an integral part of my work as a teacher, and this holistic approach will be an integral part of my work as a counsellor. , I would welcome the opportunity to explore if we would be a good fit on your journey to continued growth and wellness.
