My passion for counselling came from wanting to give people a space to feel heard, understood and heal; to provide a space for safety, connection, appreciation, understanding and growth. I work with a wide range of populations and concerns, and welcome all who need a space to heal. , My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and gentle, with a lot of metaphors to understand complex emotions and humour. I try to channel positivity, optimism and strength in every occasion that arises and embrace an openness and curiosity to different people.
