Whether you’re struggling with grief and loss, depression, anxiety or simply seeking clarity and direction, this is an ideal time to explore what matters most to you, what you need in the present, and where you want to go next. , As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and Certified Life Coach, I work with people experiencing depression, grief and loss, life transitions and other concurrent stressors. I am an IFS Informed Therapist who also works with Narrative Therapy, CBT and Attachment Theory. I work with adults of any age including elders. , " Counselling can feel intimidating however my approach is collaborative, down to earth and supportive, making space to explore where you are and where to go from here. I offer a 30-minute free consultation for us to get to know each other to ensure you are comfortable and we are a good fit. I offer both online or in-person sessions. "
