About Us

I am open to all clients. I deeply believe that counselling can improve all of our lives in some way. Whatever your goals or struggles, I am committed to helping you work towards feeling better and living your best life. I believe that accessing self-compassion is a powerful route to healing and reconnecting to ourselves. Inspired by non-violent communication, mindfulness, internal family systems, polyvagal theory, and multicultural counselling, I hope to help you find inspiration, tools, and insights that leads to grace, growth, and health. , I specialize in working with trauma, addictions, helping families with neurodiverse children, and helping understand our relationship dynamics. I lead groups for parents of children with behavioural or emotional challenges and groups for women who are working to coparent with difficult ex partners. , If you have or suspect you have experienced abuse systemically, institutionally, or interpersonally, I can help you recognize your trauma and heal. I also design programs for helping stop bullying in schools which are aimed at working towards compassion, inclusion, and anti-oppressive practices.
