My sessions have zero judgement and I will bring new perspectives to you through my own experience and education with abusive relationships, eating disorder, anger issues, anxiety, depression and lack of self esteem. My humour and authentic approach differentiate me from many other therapists and I am also very open and easy to talk to. I practice CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Family Therapy, Psychoanalytical Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. I believe in you setting your own pace in a safe judgement free environment. , I have a general private practice located in South Surrey. I am registered with ACCT and insured with AON. My goal is to teach self- love and compassion for yourself. I can help you change your thinking patterns into something more positive and less self sabotaging and I will listen to your fears and inner conflicts and we can sort them out together.
