About Us

Hello There! I am a somatic, experiential and relational therapist. I use AEDP (Accellerated Experiential Dynamic Processing) and Hakomi. I work with attachment (relationships), trauma (religious, family & relationship), and lots of different mood struggles. I love spending time dancing, watching comedians, and spending time with my family people. I work to hold a space where you can be your true self and feel accepted by my true self. I enjoy helping individuals, friends and family dyads work through conflict, grief, and attachment healing. I love this work and have a caring, playful, and present energy. Using the body as a guide and having new experiences of care we will work towards deep healing.
