I use an exploratory approach aimed at uncovering underlying emotions and recurring patterns, catering to individuals dealing with complex emotional challenges. My focus lies in supporting those experiencing complicated grief, identity-based traumas, depression, and anxiety, helping them gain a holistic understanding and management of these emotions. I also work with clients navigating relationship difficulties, exploring issues related to race and culture, and addressing women’s reproductive health concerns.
