I welcome children, teens, adults, couples, and families. During the first few appointments with clients, be they in-person or virtual, precious time is taken to establish a strong therapeutic relationship; a connection deeply rooted in emotional safety and trust. A solid relationship is critical for the facilitation of authentic self-exploration and successful therapeutic outcomes. Within the confidential counselling space, the client and I collaboratively establish therapy goals and create a plan that supports personal growth and goal achievement.
