I practice from a trauma-informed lens to provide a warm and welcoming space. I work with adults, groups and facilitate workshops for individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, low-mood or depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss. I also provide therapy for pain and stress management particularly after an accident or trauma. I offer mentoring and intuitive life coaching.
