I am an RCC with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from UBC. I work with adults, youth, people in intimate relationships and families experiencing a range of challenges including trauma, grief & loss, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, struggles in work or personal relationships, and transitions across the life span. , Areas of specialization include Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a somatic model for trauma and relational injuries, ADHD, ASD, work and personal relationships, parent education & support, co-parenting after separation; Mindfulness and CBT-based therapies. I am committed to ongoing clinical and personal learning about systemic violence and oppression. , While I draw from training in evidence-based counselling models and experience, our work together will always be collaborative and honour you as the expert in your unique life.
