About Us

For 30+ years I have been helping people struggling with relationships, as well as depression, anxiety, and meaning of life issues. My primary interest has always been in understanding what it is in the work we do together that actually makes a difference in helping the people I am working with, coupled with a clear recognition of the fundamental importance of the quality of our relationship together. Ultimately, I am not just trying to help people feel better, but to actually become better, recognizable both by them, and the people who matter in their lives. In the final analysis, you already have the answers. I help you find those , People who feel depressed and anxious can actually be experiencing a confusingly wide array of symptoms and experiences. Additionally, the actual source of such difficulties can be remarkably varied and challenging to understand. My specialty lies in helping people properly identify the source(s) of their difficulties, and helping them find solutions. , I use a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on who I am working with.This ranges from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, through to psychodynamic approaches and into Mindfulness. In terms of relationships, I often use Emotionally Focussed therapy.
