About Us

I am a Sikh-Canadian cis-woman who is honoured and grateful to live, learn and play on the unceded lands of the Coast Salish Peoples. Being a person of colour, understanding culture, identity and the integration of values is an evolving process. Having worked with families over the past decade, I work from an empowerment lens, helping you understand how mental health, shame, guilt, anxiety and trauma have played a role in your life. Sessions are focused on understanding your values, beliefs and identity challenges as we create a plan to overcome them, building resiliency within the process. , " I am a firm believer that our experiences shape the person we are today; the good, the bad, the ugly.
