Throughout my journey of healing from adverse childhood experiences & shame, I know it’s not always smooth sailing. Growing up with a learning disability that was later diagnosed as Adult-ADHD, my experience in traditional therapy sometimes left me feeling defective or wrong. This is why my therapeutic approach is integrative, non-pathologizing and neurodivergent affirming. , I integrate parts work (IFS), mindfulness & neuroscience findings that encourage clients to heal from the inside out.
