Such assessments often occur in the elementary school years and often need to be updated in high school and college/university years. , Dr. Gill has been in practice for over 20 years. He has worked with youth in a variety of clinical settings including day treatment and psychiatric unit settings providing both assessments and counselling. He completed his dissertation on the effectiveness of the therapeutic relationship.
