I work with adults, youth, and parents who are navigating significant life transitions. They may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, struggling with issues like identity exploration, relational difficulties, and emotional regulation. Many are grappling with loneliness, mood fluctuations, or self-worth challenges. For parents, they seek a renewed sense of self, feeling lost in the shift from “who I was” to “who I am now as a parent.” They come to therapy wanting to break free from past patterns, develop emotional balance, and build healthier relationships, not just for their children but for themselves. , I help adults, young adults, and parents explore their emotional world and relationships using attachment theory and mentalization. I support adolescents with anxiety, identity, and social issues, adults with mood disorders and relational struggles, and parents in navigating the identity shift that comes with becoming a parent. , I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, but you don’t have to go through this journey alone.
