I offer empirically supported treatments to address a wide range of mental health and behavioural struggles. I provide therapy with compassion and respect for the hardships that my clients are facing. In my work, relationships are integral, particularly between parents and their kids, and I often include parents in sessions to help enhance communication and co-regulation. , I also have specialized training in: 1) Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) Treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder; 2) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) for children/teens experiencing post-traumatic stress reactions (PTSD) and; 3) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for adolescents (DBT-A) who struggle with emotional regulation. , " In addition, I work with young adults (18 to 23) experiencing stress and anxiety as they transition to adulthood, and with parents who want assistance in navigating their role during this challenging developmental stage.
