We can access your strengths to help you embark on exciting new life chapters that might feel overwhelming at first, such as starting college/university, a new career, getting married, entering parenthood, adjusting to retirement or an empty nest. I take a preventative approach to caregiver burnout by providing individuals with a safe space to debrief stressful incidents, and by offering individuals a chance to explore self-care strategies, including the use of emotional boundaries.
