About Us

I work with people looking to reducing symptoms of stress, burnout, grief, anxiety, perfectionism and/or procrastination, and those who are working to improve self esteem, emotional growth, adaptability, and relationships. Some clients are moving through or processing tough experiences like divorce and job transitions with compassion and grace. I see adults of all ages including seniors, families, couples, mature minors (10+). I have clients, both men and women, who are newer to therapy and looking to improve their day-to-day lives, those feeling a bit stuck, and adults processing a newer diagnosis of ADHD. View 3 Photos, My approach is integrated -humanistic, existential, and feminist. You prioritize what we focus on, and you set the pace. I strongly believe you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to hold judgement free space for you to be yourself; the good, bad, ugly and beautiful. I use techniques from various theories including somatic, MBT and CBT. , " I understand the importance of a good fit. We need to feel able to express ourselves in session. I offer all perspective clients a free 15 minute call, after which you can determine if you would like to book a session. Cost can be a significant barrier, and Im pleased to offer a sliding scale. "
