My belief about the therapy process is that in order to heal and grow, we need to "feel felt" - to feel genuine concern and understanding in a non-judgemental environment. , I have come to believe that relationships are at the heart of healthy human functioning and that our relationships, both past and present, have a tremendous impact on how we live our lives.
